IFS and Compassion-Focused Therapy

Every Mind Renew therapist specialises in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). These two approaches are deeply complementary. IFS helps you understand and relate to the parts of yourself that carry pain or protect you from it. CFT supports you in meeting those parts with compassion rather than judgment. Sessions are 50 minutes, conducted online, in a secure GDPR-compliant environment.

5 sessions

Research consistently shows that meaningful therapeutic change requires time and repetition. Five sessions give the therapeutic relationship the space and continuity it needs to move beyond the surface.

10 sessions

The outcomes most associated with IFS and Compassion-Focused Therapy, including reduced self-criticism, trauma resolution, and lasting pattern change, are achieved through sustained engagement. Ten sessions create the conditions for that depth of work.
